Please note when reviewing these plans, on the MVP Bronze and Silver plans an “Out of Pocket Maximum” is provided but unlike traditional health plans, the “Out of Pocket Maximum” on the Vault MVP plans is the TOTAL AMOUNT OF BENEFITS PROVIDED IN A CALENDAR YEAR. Once You have exhausted the “Out of Pocket Maximum” you would then be billed at a contracted negotiated rate for your service
